1. General Terms

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between the 56oz platform (referred to as "we", "our", "the platform") and you (referred to as "user", "you", "player"). 56oz operates under Curacao License Number 8048/JAZ and complies with international gaming laws.

1.2 Acceptance

By registering on the 56oz platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal gambling age according to your country's law
• You are legally eligible to use 56oz services and online gaming is not prohibited in your country
• You will provide accurate, complete, and updated personal information
• You will not use the 56oz platform for any illegal purpose or money laundering
• You are playing only for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

56oz cannot serve residents of certain countries and territories where online gambling is legally prohibited. Currently restricted countries/regions include: United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, and other territories as determined by the licensing authority. 56oz reserves the right to update this list at any time.

1.4 Changes to Terms

56oz reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication and will be posted on the website. In the case of significant changes, we will notify you via email or site notification. Continuing to use 56oz after changes means you accept the new Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Rules

2.1 Account Creation

To register on 56oz, you must complete a full and accurate registration form. Required information:

• Full name (as per government ID)
• Date of Birth (to verify 18+ years)
• Valid email address
• Mobile Phone Number
• Residential address
• A strong password

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one 56oz account is permitted per person, household, address, email, phone number, bank account, payment method, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts:

• All accounts will be suspended or closed immediately
• All bonuses, promotions, and winnings will be canceled
• Deposited funds may be refunded but winnings will be forfeited
• 56oz reserves the right to take legal action

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

56oz complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. We may request the following documents at your first withdrawal or at any time:

• Scanned copy of National ID, passport, or driving license
• Utility bill or bank statement (to verify address, within 3 months)
• Payment Method Proof (bank card, bKash/Nagad screenshot)
• Selfie photo with ID (in some cases)

The verification process typically takes 24-72 hours. If you do not submit required documents within 14 days, 56oz reserves the right to suspend your account.

2.4 Account Security

Security of your 56oz account is your responsibility. You must:

• Must use a strong and unique password
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices
• Report suspicious activity to 56oz support immediately

56oz is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access or your negligence.

2.5 Account Closure and Suspension

56oz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without notice at any time if:

• You breach these Terms and Conditions
• You provide false or incorrect information
• You engage in fraud, collusion, or illegal activity
• You abuse bonuses or attempt to manipulate the platform
• We believe your account is being used by someone else

If the account is closed, all pending bets will be canceled and bonus balances will be forfeited. Valid funds may be refunded subject to investigation.

3. Payments and Transactions

3.1 Deposits

56oz supports various payment methods including:

• Bank Transfer
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum)

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at 56oz is ৳100. Maximum limits vary depending on the payment method you are using.

Deposits are usually processed instantly. However, in some cases (bank transfer, crypto) it may take 5-30 minutes. 56oz does not charge any deposit fees, but your payment provider may charge.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal process for winnings at 56oz:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC)
• All bonuses must meet wagering requirements
• Withdrawals can only be made to the method used for deposit
• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500

Processing Time: 5-15 minutes for bKash/Nagad, 1-3 business days for bank transfer, 10-60 minutes for crypto. 56oz allows one free withdrawal per 24 hours. Additional withdrawals are subject to a 5% fee.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

56oz strictly follows AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. We monitor suspicious activity and report to authorities when necessary. You must:

• Deposits must be made only in your own name and from your own funds
• The 56oz platform cannot be used as a payment processor
• Proof of source may be required for large deposits and withdrawals

3.4 Currency

56oz primarily supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits in other currencies will be automatically converted to BDT at the current exchange rate. Conversion fees may apply.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

56oz offers various bonuses and promotions to new and regular players. Each bonus has specific rules and conditions that must be followed. General terms:

• Bonuses are only for verified players aged 18+
• One bonus per person, household, address, and device
• Bonus and winnings will be forfeited for bonus abuse or claiming with multiple accounts
• Wagering requirements must be met to convert bonus to cash

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement means how many times you must bet before withdrawing a bonus. Example: BDT 1000 bonus with 30x wagering means you must bet BDT 30,000. Different games contribute at different rates:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Roulette, Blackjack: 10-20% contribution
• Baccarat: 5% contribution
• Some games may be completely excluded

4.3 Bonus Forfeiture

56oz reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time without reason. If we find evidence of bonus abuse or fraud (such as low-risk betting, opposite betting), all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP and Loyalty Program

In the 56oz loyalty program, every bet earns points. Points can be redeemed for cash, bonuses, and exclusive rewards. There are 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. Higher tiers get bigger rewards, faster withdrawals, and dedicated support.

5. Game Rules and Betting

5.1 Game Fairness

56oz works only with licensed and certified game providers. All games use Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly tested by independent auditing firms. 56oz does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any way.

5.2 Bet Limits

Minimum Bet: Each game at 56oz has its own minimum bet amount. Typically ৳1-৳5 on slots, ৳20-৳500 on live dealer. Specific limits are shown in the game interface.

Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits vary depending on your VIP level and game type. 56oz reserves the right to reduce bet limits in cases of unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity.

5.3 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled according to the official results of the respective game provider. Video recording is final proof in live dealer games. If any technical error or game malfunction occurs, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

5.4 Maximum Payout

56oz has maximum payout limits per bet or per day. Currently maximum payout on slots is ৳10,00,000, on live dealer ৳50,00,000 per bet. Progressive jackpots are excluded from these limits and will be paid in full.

5.5 Prohibited Strategies

The following strategies or activities are strictly prohibited on the 56oz platform:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automation software
• Collusion or syndicate play with other players
• Card counting or other advantage-play strategies (where prohibited)
• Exploiting any bug or error in games or systems
• Using VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions

Involvement in such activities will result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

The 56oz website, applications, logos, trademarks, software, graphics, and all other content are intellectual property owned by 56oz or its licensors. You may access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or reverse engineering any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The 56oz platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. 56oz is not responsible for:

• Gaming losses or losing winnings
• Technical issues, server downtime, or software errors
• Internet connection disruption or third-party failure
• Unauthorized access or data breach (beyond our control)
• Other players' activities or behavior

56oz's maximum liability is limited to your total deposits over the past 6 months.

8. Disputes and Complaints

If you have any dispute or complaint with 56oz:

2. Explain your complaint in detail and provide relevant information
3. We will provide an initial response within 5 working days
4. Complex cases may take up to 14 days to investigate

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may proceed to an independent mediation service. 56oz works with eCOGRA and other recognized ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) organizations.

9. General Provisions

9.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other related policies together constitute the entire agreement between 56oz and you. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded hereby.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or invalid, that provision shall be severed but the remaining Terms shall remain in force.

9.3 No Waiver

Failure by 56oz to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right. We reserve the right to enforce that provision at any time thereafter.

9.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement to anyone else without the written consent of 56oz. 56oz reserves the right to transfer this agreement to another entity at any time.

9.5 Survival

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive account closure (such as: intellectual property, disclaimers, governing law) shall remain in effect.
